INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICEOur family associates all have decades of experience in room layout, piece selection, fabric coordination, and design. Whether it’s just adding that last little accent to a room, or starting from scratch and decorating the entire room or home, you’ll find their help indispensable. You see… they are also good listeners so they direct their talents to your specific needs and concerns.
Why not put them to the test. Just bring in your room sizes, TV dimensions, fabric/carpet samples, and (most importantly) your concerns, and let our staff help you make your home the very best it can be.
Many items are available immediately, but we can’t hope to stock all the choices we have to offer you. We specialize in helping you select the right fabric, finish, size, and style piece for your setting and special ordering them to best fit your needs. We then follow this order from start to finish to ensure its prompt and accurate completion. Kaplan’s does not charge extra for this service.
* Special orders are non-cancelable and there are no refunds or exchanges.
Typically, your order is confirmed with only a 20% deposit and the balance due at delivery.

Furnishing your home is a major investment. Just like buying a car, Kaplan’s simple finance plan* breaks your purchase up into low monthly payments or we offer 6 months i.e.:
180 days No Payments/Same as Cash.
Simply select the furnishings that suit your lifestyle, and design the payment plan that makes sense for you, and enjoy your furniture while you pay for it.
* Finance subject to approved credit by our outside finance company.
Building a new home? Remodeling? Getting Married? Just want to freeze a price of an item that you don’t need delivery of right now? Many of our customers take advantage of clearance prices or special promotions with our LAY-A-WAY* program. Our normal 20% deposit applies, holding your purchase for 6 months or longer with minimal monthly payments and no service fees. Monthly payments of 10% of the purchase price are due each month with balance paid in full at the end of the sixth months.

Every item is inspected twice for any damage or quality defects. Once, when we receive the item from our manufacturer, then a second time (even more carefully), when it is being prepped and readied for your delivery or pick-up. We want to be the one to find any problems, not you.
We deliver on our own trucks with our own delivery professionals. They represent Kaplan’s every step of the way to your home. Therefore, you can expect your furniture to be delivered in a friendly and courteous manner, giving your home and property the respect it deserves. When we schedule your delivery appointment, we always give you an estimated time window of arrival (usually morning or afternoon). Please be available during this time window and have the room or area cleared and ready so we can make your delivery (and other customers’ deliveries) on time.
* Free delivery is within 30 mile radius.
If you are to pick-up your order, please let us know in advance so we may have everything ready for you when you arrive. Our warehouse hours for pick-ups are as follows unless special arrangements are made.
Monday-Friday 9am-4pm
Saturday 9am-12pm
Sunday closed
While we make every effort to insure your order is problem free, if you are in need of additional service, please call us. Our servicemen have over 20 years of experience and know the best way to handle your concerns. We also have authorized factory service people available to handle any warrantee concerns.
